Looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to lead strategic HR initiatives within fast-paced, high-growth business units. This role will collaborate closely with leadership to drive talent outcomes, enhance organizational effectiveness, and ensure HR strategies are aligned with overall business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a strategic HR partner to leadership teams across 2 key business verticals
  • Drive talent strategy, workforce planning, and organizational design aligned with business growth
  • Lead performance management, succession planning, and leadership development initiatives Enable a high-performance culture through data-backed HR interventions
  • Leverage HR analytics and data insights to influence decision-making
  • Partner with stakeholders on employee engagement, retention, and capability building
  • Ensure effective execution of core HR processes across the employee lifecycle
  • Act as a change agent during transformation and growth phases

Candidate Profile

  • 1516 years of HR experience, with strong exposure as an HRBP
  • Proven experience partnering with high-growth, high-performance teams
  • Background in services-oriented industries such as Real Estate, Co-working, Hospitality, or related sectors
  • Strong capability in HR analytics and data-driven decision-making
  • MBA in Human Resources or related field preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive business outcomes
