Key Responsibilities
- Act as a strategic HR partner to leadership teams across 2 key business verticals
- Drive talent strategy, workforce planning, and organizational design aligned with business growth
- Lead performance management, succession planning, and leadership development initiatives Enable a high-performance culture through data-backed HR interventions
- Leverage HR analytics and data insights to influence decision-making
- Partner with stakeholders on employee engagement, retention, and capability building
- Ensure effective execution of core HR processes across the employee lifecycle
- Act as a change agent during transformation and growth phases
Candidate Profile
- 1516 years of HR experience, with strong exposure as an HRBP
- Proven experience partnering with high-growth, high-performance teams
- Background in services-oriented industries such as Real Estate, Co-working, Hospitality, or related sectors
- Strong capability in HR analytics and data-driven decision-making
- MBA in Human Resources or related field preferred
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive business outcomes
