As we enter the next phase of scale, we are hiring a CHRO - someone who has operated at scaled organizations, understands how strong people systems are built, and can bring that playbook into a growing, evolving company like ours.
We are looking for a leader who has first-hand experience in scaling structures, processes, talent systems, and engagement frameworks — not just designing them, but owning outcomes in real environments, bring maturity without slowing down pace, and build a high-performance, people-first organization.
This role will work closely with the Founder, leadership team, and board to shape the company's long-term people agenda
