Monitoring site maturity levels and promoting deployment of new processes

A degree from a University or Engineering School
Experience or understanding of RSC Engineering / Industrial processes and M&T
Knowledge of PLM tools and methodologies
Familiarity with international work environments
Leadership capabilities and a continuous improvement mindset
Ability to train and develop others
Fluency in English and excellent communication skills
