Job Description

Role Responsibilities:

  • Monitor, track, and manage incidents in the IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and network systems.
  • Diagnose and investigate incidents, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions to prevent future issues.
  • Escalate incidents to appropriate support teams or management to ensure timely resolution.
  • Provide regular incident reports and analyze trends to drive improvements in the incident management process.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (UG); Postgraduate preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with incident management tools such as ServiceNow, Remedy, or JIRA.
  • Strong technical skills in IT infrastructure and systems, including troubleshooting and resolution.
  • Knowledge of ITIL best practices and experience in disaster recovery planning.
