Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Pharmacist role, based in Mulshi. The selected candidate will be responsible for dispensing medications accurately based on prescriptions, providing expert advice and guidance on the proper use and side effects of medications, maintaining an up-to-date inventory of pharmaceutical supplies, and ensuring pharmacy compliance with regulations. Other tasks include keeping records of controlled substances and offering exceptional customer service to patients seeking pharmaceutical care.
Qualifications
- Expertise in dispensing medications accurately and knowledge of pharmaceutical formulations.
- Strong understanding of pharmaceutical regulations, drug interactions, side effects, and contraindications.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to provide patient counseling and address inquiries professionally.
- Proficiency with inventory management and recordkeeping systems.
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm) or Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D); valid pharmacist licensure/certification is mandatory.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a focus on ensuring medication safety and accuracy.
- Prior experience in a pharmacy or retail pharmaceutical environment is preferred.
