Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Pharmacist, located in Santipur. The Pharmacist will be responsible for dispensing medications, counseling patients on prescriptions, ensuring compliance with regulations, and managing inventory. Day-to-day activities also include collaborating with healthcare professionals, maintaining accurate records for prescriptions, and providing guidance on medication usage and potential side effects. The role requires attention to detail, a focus on patient care, and the ability to manage a range of pharmacy operations with precision.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical sciences, including medication use and its effects, regulatory compliance, and pharmacy operations
- Ability to provide patient-centered consultation, educate on drug usage, and ensure the correct dispensation of medications
- Experience with inventory management, supply chain logistics, and operational efficiency in pharmacy settings
- Excellent communication, problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with healthcare professionals
- Proficiency in maintaining accurate records, adhering to regulations, and ensuring high-quality standards
- Bachelor's or Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D) degree and a valid pharmacist license
- Experience in retail pharmacy or similar healthcare environments is preferred
