Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Pharmacist based in Madurai. The Pharmacist will be responsible for providing comprehensive pharmaceutical care, efficiently managing prescriptions, verifying medication accuracy, and dispensing medications. Additional tasks include counseling patients on medication usage, maintaining inventory management, and adhering to all regulatory standards to ensure quality control and compliance. Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to provide excellent patient service is also an essential part of the role.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge in Pharmacology, Prescription Management, and Medication Dispensation
- Proficiency in Customer Service, Patient Counseling, and Communication Skills
- Capability to manage Inventory Control, Quality Assurance, and Compliance Standards
- Attention to detail and accuracy in pharmaceutical practices
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented healthcare environment
- D.Pharm or B.Pharm degree with a valid pharmacist license
- Prior experience in a retail pharmacy setting is an advantage
