We are hiring Sales & Marketing Executives for our pharmaceutical division in the Chandigarh Tricity region. This role is ideal for freshers and early-career professionals who are passionate about pharma sales, marketing, and field promotion.
The candidate will be responsible for promoting pharmaceutical products, building relationships with doctors, pharmacies, and distributors, and supporting marketing activities to increase product visibility and sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote pharmaceutical products to doctors, chemists, and healthcare professionals
- Conduct regular field visits and execute assigned sales plans
- Generate new leads and maintain existing customer relationships
- Support marketing activities such as product promotion and market surveys
- Achieve monthly sales targets and submit daily/weekly sales reports
- Coordinate with internal teams for product availability and customer support
Candidate Requirements
- Any Graduate (Science / Pharmacy background preferred)
- 0–2 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales or marketing
- Good communication skills in Hindi and English
- Willingness to work in the field and travel within the assigned territory
- Freshers with strong communication and learning ability are welcome
