Business Development Executive

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Executive located in Mohali district. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, developing and implementing strategic plans to achieve business goals, and managing client accounts to ensure satisfaction and success. The role requires regular communication with clients and internal teams to ensure seamless collaboration and delivery of solutions aligned with client needs.

• Proven skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify opportunities and acquire new clients.
• Strong expertise in Business Strategy and Account Management to manage client relationships and drive growth.
• Exceptional Communication skills to collaborate effectively with clients and internal teams.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in the technology or digital transformation consulting industries will be advantageous.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
