Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Regional Sales Manager (2nd Line) in the Karnataka Region, specifically based in Bengaluru. The RSM will focus on managing a regional sales team, driving sales growth in dermatology products, developing and implementing business plans, and ensuring effective account management strategies. Daily responsibilities also include mentoring team members, monitoring performance metrics, and fostering productive relationships with key stakeholders in the pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors.

Qualifications
  • Experience in Pharmaceutical Sales and Sales Management
  • Strong capabilities in Business Planning to drive regional growth
  • Proficiency in Sales, with skills in generating leads, closing deals, and achieving targets
  • Expertise in Account Management and building lasting client relationships
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams and develop talent within the organization
  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Biological Sciences, Business, or another relevant field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, with at least 2 years in a second-line management role
  • Familiarity with dermatology products and market dynamics is an advantage
  • Proven ability to analyze territories and determine strategic solutions for business growth
