Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Rohini, Delhi, for a PGT-English, TGT Computer, or Primary Wing Coordinator. Responsibilities include planning and delivering engaging and effective lessons, designing and implementing the curriculum in alignment with academic standards, and assessing students progress. The candidate will also contribute to student mentorship, classroom management, and staff coordination. Collaboration with parents, participation in school activities, and fostering a positive educational experience are integral to the role.

Eligibility Criteria & Requirements

• Graduation or Post-Graduation in regular mode from a recognized university is mandatory.
• Strong proficiency in English teaching and communication, with the ability to deliver high-quality lessons and promote language development.
• Prior teaching experience in a reputed school is essential; candidates must be fluent in spoken English.
• Demonstrated training and mentoring abilities to effectively guide students and collaborate with colleagues.
• Relevant qualification or certification in English, Computer Science, Education, or a related field is required.
• Proficiency in using digital tools and technology to enhance the teaching and learning process.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a diverse environment.
• Experience in curriculum development and a strong understanding of child pedagogy will be an added advantage.
