Description
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Personal Secretary to support our Managing Director (MD) in daily administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong focus on efficiency and professionalism.
Responsibilities
- Manage the MD's calendar and schedule appointments efficiently.
- Prepare and organize meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions.
- Handle correspondence, including emails, calls, and letters on behalf of the MD.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
- Maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information with discretion.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries for the MD.
- Support the MD in day-to-day administrative tasks and special projects.
Skills and Qualifications
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
