We are seeking a Production Engineer for our Stainless Steel Tube Mill. This role is responsible for the oversight and coordination of rolling mill operations, ensuring adherence to quality standards and customer specifications, along with daily production planning and scheduling to meet targets.

• Responsible for monitoring and coordinating the Rolling Mill's operation activities to ensure compliance to applicable Standards, and Customer requirements.
• Responsible for Daily production planning & scheduling as per production target.
• Optimize production processes to reduce costs and improve output quality.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma).
• Monitor production processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards in all production activities.
• Identify opportunities for cost reduction and process optimization.
• Provide technical support to production teams and address technical issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., quality, maintenance, supply chain) for smooth workflow and operations.
• Analyze production data and generate reports to track performance and identify trends.
• Develop and maintain documentation for production processes, standard operating procedures, and quality standards.
