About the Role:
We're looking for a Performance Media Planner who can take charge of strategizing, executing, and optimizing ad campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google (Search, Display, YouTube) platforms. You'll play a key role in driving results for our clients and internal brands.
What You'll Do:
- Plan, launch, and manage paid ad campaigns on Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- Work closely with the creative and strategy teams to build high-performing campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance daily and optimize for conversions, ROAS, and CPL.
- Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audience segments, and landing pages.
- Generate campaign performance reports and insights using analytics tools.
- Stay updated with trends and updates in digital advertising platforms.
We're Looking For:
- 23 years of experience in running Meta & Google Ads campaigns.
- Strong understanding of paid media KPIs like CTR, ROAS, CPC, CPL, etc.
- Hands-on experience with tools like Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Google Analytics.
- Data-driven mindset with a keen eye for campaign insights and optimizations.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns across different industries or verticals.
Bonus Points If You Have:
- Experience with remarketing, lookalike audiences, and funnel-based targeting.
- Experience working in a creative/digital agency environment.
- Certification in Google Ads or Meta Blueprint.
