WE'RE HIRING: Performance Marketing Specialist (Lead Generation)

At Skyllzo, we are looking for a performance-driven individual contributor to take complete ownership of our paid advertising and consistently generate qualified, high-intent leads for online degree programs (MBA, MCA, BBA, BCA, etc.) offered by our partner universities.

Location: Nehru Place, New Delhi

Work Mode: Work from Office

Employment Type: Full-time

Salary: As per industry standards

You will own the complete digital lead-generation function from campaign planning to enrolment optimization.

• Funnel Mastery: Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• Lead Quality Focus: Work closely with admissions teams to reduce low-intent leads and continuously improve CPL, connect rates, and cost per enrolment (CPE).
• Creative & Copy: Develop and test campaign angles, ad creatives, landing pages, and lead forms.
• Data-Driven Strategy: Track end-to-end analytics via Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, GA4, GTM, and lead management CRMs.

• Experience: 1-3 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing / lead generation.
• Domain Fit: Prior experience in EdTech, higher education, online degrees, or admissions funnels is strongly preferred.
• Platform Expertise: Deep hands-on proficiency with Meta Ads, Google Ads, GA4, and Google Tag Manager.
• Execution-First Mindset: Strong capabilities in audience segmentation, retargeting, copywriting, budget management, and structured Excel reporting.

Note: This role requires direct, hands-on campaign execution experience. Candidates with experience limited to organic social media, content strategy, or pure agency coordination will not be suitable.
