About Position:

To drive measurable pipeline growth and revenue contribution through data-driven performance marketing programs across global B2B markets. The role requires deep expertise in paid media strategy, campaign optimization, account-based marketing support, and full-funnel performance analytics within a B2B technology services environment.We are looking for a smart, proactive, and outcome-oriented professional who can independently manage campaigns while continuously identifying optimization and innovation opportunities.

What You'll Do:

  • Paid Media Strategy & Execution
  • Plan and execute B2B performance marketing campaigns across platforms such as:
  • LinkedIn Ads
  • Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
  • Programmatic / Display platforms
  • ABM platforms (Influ2, 6sense, Demandbase, etc.)
  • Drive global and region-specific demand generation initiatives.
  • Manage budgets, bidding strategies, and audience segmentation aligned to ICP
  • Funnel & Pipeline Optimization
  • Optimize campaigns for MQLs, SQLs, and pipeline contribution (not just clicks/leads).
  • Collaborate with Marketing Automation team for nurture alignment.
  • Work closely with Sales to refine targeting and account prioritization.
  • Improve CPL, CPQL, and cost per opportunity metrics
  • Account-Based Marketing (ABM) Support
  • Execute account-targeted paid campaigns in coordination with ABM strategy.
  • Manage persona-level targeting and messaging alignment.
  • Integrate intent data signals into paid campaign optimization.
  • Performance Analytics & Reporting
  • Build and manage dashboards tracking:
  • Campaign ROI
  • Pipeline influenced & sourced revenue
  • Conversion rates across funnel stages
  • Platform-level performance benchmarks
  • Conduct A/B testing across creatives, messaging, landing pages, and audience segments.
  • Identify underperforming segments and recommend corrective actions
  • AI & Innovation in Digital Marketing (Added Advantage)
  • Leverage AI tools for:
  • Campaign optimization insights
  • Predictive bidding strategies
  • Audience expansion modeling
  • Creative performance analysis
  • Content variation testing
  • Identify and pilot AI-led digital use cases to improve efficiency and ROI.
  • Stay updated with evolving AI applications in performance marketing

Expertise You'll Bring:

  • 5 to 6 years of experience in B2B performance marketing, preferably in IT services / technology.
  • Proven experience managing paid campaigns across LinkedIn, Google Ads, and other B2B platforms.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise B2B buying cycles.
  • Experience working with ABM platforms and intent-based targeting.
  • Hands-on expertise in campaign optimization, audience segmentation, and bidding strategies.
  • Strong analytical capability with ability to interpret CRM-driven funnel data.
  • Experience aligning paid campaigns with marketing automation workflows
  • Practical experience using AI tools in digital marketing use cases.
  • Experience integrating paid media with Salesforce CRM and automation platforms.
  • Familiarity with attribution modeling and multi-touch measurement.
  • Experience managing global campaigns across multiple geographies.
  • Highly analytical and performance-driven mindset
  • Proactive problem solver with ownership mentality
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to operate independently with minimal supervision
