Performance Marketing Specialist

We're hiring | performance marketing specialist (on site, Janakpuri, Delhi)

Marktini Media is expanding, and we are looking for a performance marketing specialist (Meta) to join our team on a full time, on site basis in delhi.

This role is suited for someone with hands on experience in scaling d2c brands and a strong understanding of performance marketing beyond simply launching campaigns. You will work closely with the core team on fashion and jewellery brands, taking ownership of paid media performance across meta and google, with a clear focus on testing, optimisation, and scalable growth.

what you'll work on

planning, executing, and scaling paid campaigns for d2c brands

managing meta and google ads end to end

developing performance led funnels and creatives

implementing structured testing, optimisation, and scaling strategies

analysing performance metrics and consistently improving roas and conversions

who we're looking for

23+ years of hands on performance marketing experience

proven results with d2c brands (fashion or jewellery experience preferred)

strong understanding of scaling, testing, and optimisation frameworks

ability to manage real budgets with performance accountability

availability to work on site from delhi
