About The Role

We're hiring a Performance Marketer with 5+ years of hands-on experience to lead paid acquisition efforts across digital platforms. This is a highly execution-focused role, requiring strong expertise in campaign setup, optimization, and scaling. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of driving high-quality leads and revenue impact, not just surface-level metrics like clicks or impressions.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Campaign Management

  • Own end-to-end paid media campaigns across multiple channels including Google Ads, Microsoft/Bing Ads, LinkedIn, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and other platforms (TikTok, Twitter, Pinterest, Snapchat, Quora, Reddit, Native & Programmatic Ads).
  • Develop and execute retargeting/remarketing, discovery, and demand generation campaigns.
  • Optimize campaigns for lead quality, MQLs, SQLs, CPL, CAC, and ROAS.
  • Continuously test, scale, and improve campaign performance while reducing costs.
  • Ensure strong alignment between marketing campaigns and the sales pipeline.

Strategy & Planning

  • Develop performance marketing strategies aligned with business goals, GTM plans, and sales targets
  • Design effective campaign structures, bidding strategies, keyword strategies, audiences, and B2B funnels
  • Partner with sales, leadership, and marketing teams to align lead quality with conversion and revenue expectations

Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)

  • Collaborate with content, design, and web teams to optimize Landing pages, Lead forms, Calls-to-action (CTAs), End-to-end conversion paths
  • Run structured A/B tests on ads, creatives, messaging, landing pages, and funnels to improve conversion rates and lead quality

Tracking, Analytics & Reporting

  • Set up and manage tracking using Google Tag Manager (GTM), Google Analytics (GA4), Conversion tracking, pixels, and offline conversions
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance with clear, actionable insights
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports focused on leads, cost efficiency, and ROI

Budget & Resource Management

  • Manage and optimize paid media budgets to maximize ROI.
  • Reallocate spend based on performance, lead quality, and pipeline impact
  • Ensure maximum ROI while maintaining campaign scalability

Skills Required

  • Proven track record of generating high-quality B2B and B2C leads
  • Strong expertise in Google Ads, Microsoft/Bing Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads Facebook & Instagram (mandatory)
  • Experience with additional platforms is a plus Twitter, TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest, Native Ads, Quora, Reddit
  • Strong understanding of keyword research, bidding strategies, Quality Score, and ad rank
  • Experience with landing page optimization and CRO best practices
  • Strong analytical mindset and data-driven decision-making
  • Ability to work independently and take full ownership of performance

Preferred Attributes

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing / paid media
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience working with U.S.-based clients or global markets
  • Exposure to CRM integrations HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, Vtiger, etc.
  • Experience in agency environments or managing multiple verticals
  • Knowledge of marketing automation and lead nurturing funnels
