We are looking for a data-driven Performance Marketer to lead and scale our paid campaigns on Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram). The ideal candidate has
45 years of hands-on experience managing performance campaigns, with a strong focus on driving revenue, optimizing funnels, and improving ROI.
Responsibilities
- Execute and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram Ads)
- Manage the end-to-end campaign lifecycle: strategy, setup, monitoring, and scaling
- Drive overall growth while maintaining efficient CAC, ROAS, and conversion metrics
- Conduct A/B testing across creatives, audiences, and landing pages to improve performance
- Analyze campaign performance and generate actionable insights
- Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop high-performing ad creatives
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports for internal stakeholders
Qualifications
- 45 years of experience in performance marketing with a strong focus on Meta Ads
- Proven track record of scaling campaigns with measurable business impact
- Strong understanding of funnel metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS)
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager
- Experience in D2C/e-commerce is preferred
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint/Google Slides for data analysis and representation
- Basic understanding of creative and copy performance
