Position Overview

We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Specialist with 4 to 6 years of hands-on experience in managing paid digital campaigns across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of performance marketing metrics, and a proven track record of driving measurable ROI through paid media strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant platforms.
  • Manage end-to-end campaign lifecycle: strategy, keyword research, ad creation, audience targeting, budgeting, bidding, and performance optimization.
  • Improve KPIs including CPC, CPA, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rates.
  • Conduct A/B testing for ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting strategies.
  • Manage remarketing and retargeting campaigns.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports with insights and actionable recommendations.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends, algorithm changes, and best practices in digital advertising.
  • Manage and optimize campaign budgets effectively to maximize ROI.

Required Skills

  • Prior 4-6 years of experience in a similar role
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or a related field
  • Strong interpersonal skills and proficiency in clearly communicating the strategy, either verbally or in written form.
  • Strong understanding of PR, digital marketing, social media, and integrated communications
  • A solution-oriented approach and the ability to keep calm under pressure and solve problems timely and effectively.
