Job Description

As a Performance Marketing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our digital advertising efforts across a range of platforms, including Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Snapchat Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok Ads, Twitter Ads, and more. Your expertise will directly impact our brand's visibility and conversion rates. We are seeking a talented professional with a minimum of 3 years of experience in performance marketing.


Tasks

  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies across various paid advertising platforms, including Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Snapchat Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Twitter Ads, and others.

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns to drive lead generation, website traffic, and conversion rates.

  • Conduct keyword research, ad copywriting, and creative development to maximize campaign performance.

  • Utilize Google Analytics and other analytical tools to monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments to achieve KPIs.

  • Continuously analyze and refine website conversion funnels to enhance user experience and increase conversion rates.

  • Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to create and test landing pages, ad creatives, and other assets for campaigns.

  • Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices to ensure a competitive edge in the market.

  • Budget management and allocation, ensuring maximum ROI on advertising spend.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with company goals.


Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in performance marketing, with a strong focus on paid advertising.

  • Proficiency in managing paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Snapchat Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok Ads, Twitter Ads, etc.

  • Strong understanding of Ecommerce marketing channels and campaign measurement.

  • Should have in-depth knowledge of Google Tag Manager

  • In-depth knowledge of Google Analytics, Excell and other analytics tools.

  • Experience with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and marketing funnel analysis.

  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.

  • Certifications in relevant advertising platforms
