About the Role
We are looking for a results-driven Meta Ads Specialist with 34 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and working knowledge of PPC (Google Ads) and LinkedIn Ads.
This role requires someone who understands audience psychology, campaign structuring, funnel strategy, and data-driven optimization.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns across Facebook and Instagram
Manage full-funnel campaigns (awareness, consideration, conversions, remarketing)
Create and test audience segments, creatives, copy variations, and bidding strategies
Monitor KPIs such as CPL, CPA, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rates
Perform A/B testing and continuous performance optimization
Work on Google PPC and LinkedIn Ads campaigns (as required)
Track and report performance metrics using Ads Manager, GA4, and other analytics tools
Coordinate with creative and content teams for ad copies and creatives
Provide weekly and monthly performance reports with insights and improvement plans
Requirements
34 years of core experience in performance marketing (Meta Ads mandatory)
Proven track record of generating leads/sales through paid campaigns
Working knowledge of Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads
Strong understanding of targeting, retargeting, pixel setup, and conversion tracking
Experience with GA4, UTM tracking, and campaign attribution
Strong analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making ability
Good communication skills (written & verbal)
Ability to manage budgets efficiently and scale campaigns profitably
Good to Have
Experience handling international markets (US/Canada preferred)
Experience in B2B lead generation campaigns
Understanding of landing page optimization and CRO
