Key Responsibilities:
Meta Ads
Plan and optimise campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, Reels, Stories.
Improve CPC, CPM, CTR, CPA, and ROAS through targeting, bidding, and creative testing.
Run A/B tests and build full-funnel structures for acquisition, remarketing, and retention.
Paid Marketing (Google & Others)
Manage search, demand generation and Performance max campaigns.
Conduct keyword and creative tests, monitor performance, and optimize budgets.
Execute retargeting across Meta, Snapchat, and other channels.
Analytics & Tracking
Analyse campaign performance, funnels, and attribution across dashboards (GA4, Ads Managers, etc.).
Validate pixels, UTMs, and conversion events.
Deliver actionable weekly/monthly performance insights.
Collaboration
Work with creative, product, CRM, and data teams for funnel and performance improvements.
Support planning, forecasting, and budget management.
Functional/ Technical competencies:
Hands-on experience with Google Ads Editor, GA4, Meta Ads Manager, MS Excel and tracking/analytics dashboards.
Experience with retargeting, audience segmentation, pixels, event tracking, and attribution.
Educational Qualification & Professional Experience:
Bachelor's degree or relevant certification in Digital Marketing.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive actionable insights.
Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
