Position Name : Performance Marketing Specialist

Location: Pune

Experience: 3–4 Years

Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and data-driven Performance Marketing Specialist to support digital growth initiatives and drive online conversions across paid media channels. The role will focus on executing and optimizing performance campaigns, improving website traffic and conversions, and delivering measurable ROI across digital platforms.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in paid advertising, campaign optimization, analytics, and audience targeting, along with a strong understanding of customer acquisition and digital marketing trends.

Key Responsibilities

Performance Marketing & Campaign Management

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Instagram, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
  • Manage performance campaigns focused on lead generation, ticket sales, website traffic, and customer acquisition.
  • Monitor campaign performance, budgets, bidding strategies, and ROI to maximize efficiency and conversions.
  • Support media planning and coordinate with agencies/vendors for campaign execution.

Digital Growth & Conversion Optimization

  • Assist in improving website conversion rates through landing page optimization, A/B testing, and campaign analysis.
  • Track customer journeys and optimize marketing funnels to improve engagement and bookings.
  • Support retargeting and remarketing campaigns using first-party audience data.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Monitor KPIs such as ROAS, CPA, CTR, conversions, and revenue performance.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
  • Utilize tools such as GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Business Suite, and other analytics platforms for campaign tracking and optimization.

Audience & Platform Management

  • Build and optimize audience segments including lookalikes, retargeting, and interest-based targeting.
  • Stay updated on emerging digital trends, ad formats, and platform updates.
  • Support influencer-led and creator-based campaign initiatives where relevant.

Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Collaborate with Brand, CRM, Creative, and Tech teams to ensure seamless campaign execution.
  • Align campaigns with seasonal promotions, events, launches, and business objectives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in Performance Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Growth Marketing roles.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
  • Good understanding of campaign optimization, audience targeting, and performance metrics.
  • Experience with Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and reporting dashboards.
  • Knowledge of SEO, remarketing, and conversion rate optimization is an added advantage.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and result-oriented environment
