About the Role
We are looking for a data-driven and result-oriented Performance Marketing professional to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth across digital channels. The role will focus on planning, executing, and optimizing paid campaigns while ensuring maximum ROI.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, and other relevant channels
- Drive lead generation and customer acquisition for Demat accounts, trading products, and investment services
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on key metrics like CAC, CPL, CTR, and ROAS
- Manage and allocate budgets effectively to maximize returns
- Conduct A/B testing on creatives, landing pages, and ad copies to improve conversion rates
- Collaborate with internal teams (design, content, product, and tech) to improve campaign effectiveness
- Analyze user behavior and funnel performance using tools like Google Analytics and other marketing platforms
- Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital and performance marketing
Key Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred)
- 4–8 years of experience in performance marketing (preferably in BFSI, fintech, or broking industry)
- Hands-on experience with platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and analytics tools
- Strong understanding of digital marketing funnels and attribution models
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Skills
- Experience in financial services, stock broking, or fintech domain
- Knowledge of SEO, ASO, and affiliate marketing
- Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM tools
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail
