Role Overview
We're looking for a data-driven, growth-obsessed marketer who understands how to scale performance engines profitably while building a strong consumer brand. You will lead paid media strategy and execution across channels, optimize funnel performance end-to-end, and work closely with creative, content, product, and analytics teams to drive measurable business outcomes.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced consumer businesses, loves experimentation, and knows how to balance CAC, ROAS, LTV, and brand impact.
Key Responsibilities
Growth & Acquisition
- Own end-to-end performance marketing strategy across Meta, Google, YouTube, affiliate, and emerging paid channels.
- Drive new customer acquisition while maintaining efficiency targets across CAC, ROAS, and contribution margins.
- Build scalable growth levers for seasonal peaks, category launches, and new market expansion.
Campaign Management & Optimization
- Plan, launch, monitor, and optimize campaigns daily with a sharp focus on revenue and profitability.
- Continuously test audiences, creatives, landing pages, bidding strategies, and funnel improvements.
- Improve conversion rates across website journeys through data-backed experimentation.
Analytics & Reporting
- Own channel dashboards, attribution frameworks, and weekly/monthly performance reporting.
- Translate data into insights and clear action plans for leadership.
- Track incrementality, cohort quality, repeat behavior, and channel-level LTV.
Retention & Lifecycle Growth
- Partner with CRM teams on remarketing, retention campaigns, abandoned cart journeys, and repeat purchase growth.
- Improve full-funnel efficiency by integrating acquisition with lifecycle marketing.
Cross-Functional Leadership
- Work closely with brand, creative, merchandising, product, and tech teams to improve campaign outcomes.
- Lead external agencies and platform partners where required.
- Build processes and playbooks for a high-performing growth function.
What We're Looking For
- 5–8 years of experience in performance marketing, growth, or digital acquisition roles.
- Strong preference for experience in D2C, ecommerce, consumer internet, or high-growth retail brands.
- Deep hands-on expertise across Meta Ads, Google Ads, GA4, attribution tools, and analytics platforms.
- Strong commercial understanding of CAC, ROAS, MER, contribution margin, and LTV models.
- Proven track record of scaling spends efficiently while improving revenue outcomes.
- Highly analytical with strong problem-solving and experimentation mindset.
- Strong ownership, pace, and ability to operate independently.
