Senior Performance Marketing Specialist to lead paid media, SEO, and marketplace growth for high-impact consumer brands.
What You'll Do
- Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram).
- Manage marketplace visibility and promotions on platforms like Amazon, Blinkit, and Instamart.
- Lead SEO strategy on-page, off-page, and technical to increase organic traffic and conversions.
- Build and maintain analytics dashboards (GA4, Tag Manager, Search Console) to track performance and inform decisions.
- Collaborate with creative, content, and social teams to align paid and organic efforts.
- Own digital budgets, vendor relationships, and performance reporting.
What You Bring
- 57 years of hands-on experience in performance or digital marketing.
- Proven success running campaigns for F&B, D2C, hospitality, or other consumer brands.
- Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and marketplace advertising.
- Analytical mindset with experience in CRO and funnel optimization.
- Familiarity with GA4, Tag Manager, and Search Console.
- Comfortable managing multiple campaigns and delivering results under pressure.
