We're looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist who can lead, optimize, and scale paid campaigns primarily on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) while managing end-to-end social media strategy and execution. Key Responsibilities Performance Marketing (Meta-Focused)
- Plan, launch, and optimize Meta ad campaigns (FB/IG) for lead generation, conversions, and remarketing.
- Create and test ad creatives, copies, targeting strategies, and funnel experiments.
- Manage daily campaign budgets, pacing, and ROAS goals.
- Analyze performance using Meta Ads Manager and Google Analytics to generate actionable insights.
- Implement advanced strategies like Lookalike Audiences, Retargeting, A/B Testing, etc.
Social Media Management
- Own and execute the social content calendar across platforms (FB, IG, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Coordinate with design/content teams for creative development.
- Monitor engagement metrics, respond to queries/comments, and manage the brand voice.
- Leverage organic + paid synergy for maximum brand visibility.
What We're Looking For- 24 years of hands-on experience in Meta Ads (must-have).
- Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics (CPL, CTR, ROAS, etc.).
- Experience managing and growing social media handles with a consistent voice and tone.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and reporting tools like Excel/Looker Studio.
- Creative thinker + data-driven executor.
Bonus Points
- Experience with other paid channels (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
- Exposure to marketing funnels, CRM tools, or lead management platforms.
- Basic knowledge of Canva, video editing, or ad copywriting.
