Role Description
This is a full-timeon-site position for a Performance Marketing Specialist based in NSP, New Delhi. We are looking for a results-driven Media Buyer to manage and scale paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads.
This role is ideal for someone who understands performance metrics beyond vanity numbers someone who thinks in terms of CPA, ROAS, margin, EPC, and scale.
If you have experience in search arbitrage or lead generation, that's a strong advantage.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan, launch, and scale campaigns on:
* Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram)
* Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
* Manage daily budgets and optimize aggressively for performance
* Test creatives, audiences, angles, and landing pages
* Monitor and improve CPA, ROAS, CTR, CVR, and overall funnel metrics
* Ensure accurate tracking via Pixels, GA4, GTM, and other tools
* Identify and capitalize on new growth opportunities
* Work closely with internal teams to align traffic quality and business goals
What We're Looking For
* 15+ years of hands-on media buying experience
* Proven track record of scaling profitable campaigns
* Strong understanding of performance metrics and attribution
* Experience handling significant daily ad budgets
* Analytical mindset with fast optimization decision-making
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced performance environment
