Job Summary
We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to drive growth across:
- B2B2C existing user for driving utilization, cross sell and upsell
- B2B new user acquisition through high-quality lead generation, moving leads ahead in sales funnel and demand creation.
This role requires deep funnel ownership - from onboarding to sustained usage, while aligning performance marketing efforts with product adoption and revenue outcomes.
How you will make an impact:
B2B2C
- Drive active usage, repeat engagement, and feature adoption among existing users
- Design performance campaigns focused on utilization metrics (DAU/MAU, session frequency, order/booking frequency, service usage)
- Run retargeting and reactivation campaigns across Google, Meta, CRM, and custom audience lists
- Build cohort-based strategies for low-usage, dormant, and high-value users
- Partner with product and operations teams to improve onboarding, nudges, and in-product journeys
- Optimize LTV, ARPU and churn through performance-led lifecycle strategies
B2B
- Plan and execute B2B lead generation campaigns across LinkedIn Ads and relevant platforms
- Drive high-intent lead generation aligned with sales goals
- Work with sales teams to refine targeting, messaging and qualification criteria
- Optimize CAC, CPL, TAT and pipeline contribution
Performance Optimization
- Own campaign budgets, bidding strategies, and channel mix
- Execute A/B testing on creatives, landing pages, messaging, and offers
- Continuously optimize funnels for conversion and engagement
We are looking for people who:
- 36 years of experience in performance marketing
- Proven experience in B2B lead generation and B2B2C lifecycle marketing
- Strong hands-on expertise in LinkedIn Ads, Meta, WhatsApp and Email marketing
- Experience driving utilization, retention and engagement metrics
- Solid understanding of funnels, attribution, CAC, LTV, ARPU and cohort analysis
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
