About The Role -
We are looking for a data-driven and results-oriented Assistant Performance Marketing Manager
to help scale our paid marketing efforts. You will work closely with the Performance Marketing
Manager to plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel campaigns aimed at driving customer
acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities -
- Assist in strategizing, executing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across
Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Monitor key metrics (CPI, CPA, CTR, ROAS) and recommend actionable improvements.
- Coordinate with the creative team to develop high-performing ad creatives, copy, and
landing pages.
- Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and A/B testing to boost campaign
performance.
- Manage allocated ad budgets to maximize ROI and ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Prepare and present weekly/monthly campaign performance reports with data-driven
insights.
- Work closely with BI team to get granular data understanding for further improving
campaign approach
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends, competitor strategies, and platform updates.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (SEO, content, design, sales) to ensure
cohesive marketing execution.
Required Skills & Qualifications -
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 35 years of experience in performance marketing with proven ROI delivery.
- Hands-on expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and Tag
Manager.
- Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in data interpretation and reporting.
- Familiarity with CRO, retargeting, and funnel optimization strategies.
- Ability to steer the team in a new direction depending on the requirements
- Excellent communication, project management, and multitasking abilities.
