About the Role
We are looking for a highly analytical and growth-driven Senior Performance Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing strategy across B2B, D2C, and e-commerce channels. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of paid media, conversion optimization, and campaign analytics driving measurable business outcomes across multiple product lines and audiences.
This is a strategic, high-impact role that requires both hands-on campaign execution and team leadership to scale digital performance efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Planning
- Develop and execute a comprehensive performance marketing strategy across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and other paid platforms.
- Create customized acquisition and retargeting funnels for B2B, D2C, and e-commerce business models.
- Plan and manage digital budgets efficiently to deliver optimum ROI and ROAS.
- Collaborate with brand, product, and content teams to ensure alignment of messaging and audience targeting.
Campaign Management & Optimization
- Launch, monitor, and optimize paid campaigns across search, social, display, video, and affiliate channels.
- Implement A/B testing, landing page optimization, and audience segmentation to improve performance metrics.
- Drive conversion rate optimization (CRO) and track customer journeys across platforms.
- Oversee remarketing, lookalike, and high-intent audience strategies to improve engagement and retention.
Analytics & Reporting
- Track and analyze KPIs such as CAC, ROAS, CTR, CPA, LTV, and conversion rates.
- Prepare actionable reports and insights for leadership on campaign performance and spend efficiency.
- Utilize Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, Data Studio, and other tools for performance tracking and attribution.
Team & Collaboration
- Manage and mentor a team of performance marketers and agency partners.
- Coordinate with product, sales, and creative teams for integrated campaign execution.
- Stay ahead of digital trends, algorithm updates, and new ad technologies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 8+ years of proven experience in Performance Marketing, with exposure to B2B, D2C, and e-commerce ecosystems.
- Hands-on expertise with Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, YouTube, and Affiliate Marketing.
- Strong experience in data analytics, attribution modeling, and campaign automation tools.
- Excellent understanding of SEO, CRM, and marketing automation tools is a plus.
- Strong analytical, leadership, and project management skills.
