Role Summary

Ladli Foundation is looking for a Senior Performance Marketing Manager to lead end-to-end digital performance marketing that drives measurable outcomesdonor acquisition, fundraising growth, volunteer registrations, campaign reach, event sign-ups, and program visibility. This role will manage paid media strategy, budget allocation, conversion optimization, and performance reporting across platforms, ensuring every campaign is data-driven, cost-efficient, and impact-focused.

Key Responsibilities

Performance Marketing & Growth
  • Own paid media strategy and execution across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google (Search/Display/YouTube), LinkedIn, and relevant ad networks.
  • Scale acquisition for donors, monthly giving, campaign supporters, volunteers, event registrations, and program engagement.
  • Plan and manage campaign budgets, ensuring strong performance against key metrics like CPA/CPL, ROAS (where applicable), conversion rate, and reach.
Fundraising & Campaign Support
  • Partner with fundraising and program teams to translate impact stories into high-performing performance campaigns.
  • Build and optimize funnels for donations and lead/registration journeys including landing pages, forms, payment flows, and follow-ups.
  • Execute campaigns for flagship initiatives, seasonal fundraising, emergency appeals, and awareness drives.
Optimization & Analytics
  • Set up and maintain tracking and measurement using GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, UTM governance, and dashboard reporting.
  • Run A/B tests on creatives, audiences, messaging, landing pages, and ad formats to improve conversion and reduce cost.
  • Deliver weekly and monthly reports with insights, learnings, and next actions for leadership and stakeholders.
Stakeholder & Team Collaboration
  • Work closely with internal teams: design, content, social media, fundraising, programs, and external agencies/vendors.
  • Ensure brand-safe, compliant, and sensitive communication aligned with Ladli Foundation's mission and values.
  • Mentor junior marketers and support capability-building across digital functions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 610+ years of experience in performance marketing / growth marketing, preferably in NGO, social sector, CSR, education/health initiatives, or purpose-led brands.
  • Strong hands-on expertise in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads; working knowledge of LinkedIn Ads is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive conversions for donations/lead gen/registrations through funnel optimization.
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort with dashboards, reporting, and insights.
  • Experience managing budgets with accountability for outcomes and efficiency.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with donation platforms/payment flows and fundraising CRMs (e.g., Razorpay, Instamojo, Give/other donation tech, or similar).
  • Working knowledge of email/WhatsApp marketing and remarketing workflows.
  • Experience running campaigns across multiple states or diverse communities with culturally sensitive messaging.
Key Success Metrics (KPIs)
  • Cost per donation / cost per lead / cost per registration
  • Donation conversion rate and landing page performance
  • New donor acquisition and recurring donor growth
  • Campaign reach, engagement quality, and remarketing performance
  • Reporting quality and actionable insights delivered consistently
