Hiring: Performance Marketing Manager – D2C | GemsMantra

Location: Noida, India  

Type: Full-time

GemsMantra is a fast-growing spiritual and wellness commerce brand focused on gemstones, rudraksha, crystals, bracelets, and Vedic lifestyle products. We are building a high-trust, high-conviction D2C brand for India and global audiences, with strong focus on performance, conversion, retention, and customer experience.

Role Overview  

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager – D2C who can own paid growth with strong commercial thinking. This is not a vanity-metrics role. You should understand how to scale revenue profitably, improve conversion quality, and work closely with creative, landing pages, offers, and retention.

What You'll Own

- Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, Google, and YouTube

- Drive customer acquisition for a D2C e-commerce business with clear focus on revenue, CAC, MER, ROAS, and contribution

- Build and manage full-funnel campaigns across prospecting, retargeting, and win-back

- Work closely with creative, design, and content teams to improve ad angles, hooks, and performance

- Collaborate with website, CRO, and retention teams to improve landing page conversion, checkout completion, and repeat purchase

- Analyze campaign, audience, product, and funnel-level data to identify scale opportunities and leakages

- Manage budgets with discipline and make decisions based on numbers, not assumptions

- Build weekly and monthly reporting with clear insights, actions, and next steps

- Test new offers, bundles, creatives, audience segments, and campaign structures regularly

What We're Looking For

- 3 to 6+ years of hands-on performance marketing experience

- Strong experience in D2C / e-commerce is required

- Proven track record of managing meaningful monthly ad spends with performance accountability

- Deep understanding of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, GA4, GTM, Shopify, and attribution basics

- Strong grip on core metrics: CAC, ROAS, MER, CVR, AOV, LTV, retention, funnel drop-offs

- Ability to think beyond ads and influence landing pages, offers, product merchandising, and growth experiments

- Strong analytical mindset with execution speed

- Clear communicator who can work cross-functionally with founders, creative, tech, and ops teams

Preferred

- Experience in lifestyle, wellness, jewelry, spirituality, beauty, or other high-intent consumer categories

- Experience scaling products through creative testing and funnel optimization

- Comfortable in a fast-moving environment with high ownership
