Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Noida for a Performance Marketing Manager. The Performance Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning and executing data-driven marketing campaigns across various digital platforms. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing performance metrics, optimizing campaigns for maximum ROI, developing and monitoring KPI metrics, and collaborating with the creative and marketing teams to align campaign objectives with broader marketing strategies.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in performance marketing, digital advertising platforms, and campaign optimization
• Hands-on experience with tools like Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other ad platforms
• Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and using analytics tools such as Google Analytics
• Strong understanding of bidding strategies, audience targeting, and A/B testing
• Exceptional project management skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
• Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with platforms like Tableau or Power BI is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or relevant field
