Role Description

We are looking for a highly driven and strategic Performance Marketing Manager to plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate is creative, analytical, and experienced in managing end-to-end campaigns that enhance brand visibility, generate leads, and drive measurable business impact.

Key Responsibilities -

  • Plan, develop, and execute 360 marketing campaigns across digital, social media, email, and other channels.
  • Develop campaign strategies aligned with business objectives and brand positioning.
  • Manage campaign timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure timely execution.
  • Coordinate with creative, design, content, and media teams to produce campaign assets.
  • Track performance using analytics tools and optimize campaigns for better results.
  • Conduct competitor research and market analysis to identify opportunities.
  • Prepare campaign reports with insights, learnings, and ROI measurement.
  • Ensure consistency in brand messaging and campaign quality.
  • Manage multiple campaigns simultaneously while maintaining high standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications -

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • 36 years of experience in campaign management, digital marketing, or brand marketing.
  • Experience managing campaigns across social media, digital ads, email, and content platforms.
  • Strong understanding of campaign strategy, audience targeting, and funnel marketing.
  • Proficiency in campaign and analytics tools (Meta Ads, Google Analytics, Google Ads, CRM tools, etc.).
  • Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills.
  • Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and convert insights into action.
  • Creative thinker with problem-solving ability and attention to detail.

Good to Have -

  • Experience in performance marketing or lead generation campaigns.
  • Experience working in agency/startup environments.
  • Knowledge of automation tools and marketing platforms.
  • Experience in branding, content planning, or influencer campaigns.
