We are hiring a results-oriented B2C Performance Marketing Manager to lead end-to-end customer acquisition and revenue acceleration initiatives. This role is focused on building scalable growth systems across digital channels while optimizing every stage of the marketing funnel from audience targeting to lead conversion and retention.
You will play a critical role in driving measurable business impact through performance campaigns, funnel experimentation, and continuous optimization. This position requires hands-on execution, strategic thinking, and strong analytical capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Acquisition & Growth Ownership
Design and implement performance-driven B2C acquisition strategies.
Own marketing KPIs including lead volume, cost per lead (CPL), customer acquisition cost (CAC), and ROI.
Identify and scale high-performing acquisition channels.
Allocate and optimize marketing budgets for maximum efficiency.
Paid Media Management
Launch, manage, and optimize paid campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Conduct structured A/B testing for ads, creatives, targeting, and landing pages.
Monitor campaign performance and implement real-time optimizations.
Improve conversion metrics through performance insights and experimentation.
Funnel & Conversion Optimization
Take ownership of website performance and landing page effectiveness.
Enhance user journeys to increase engagement and lead capture.
Drive CRO initiatives to improve conversion rates across touchpoints.
Implement retargeting and remarketing strategies to improve funnel efficiency.
SEO & Organic Channel Development
Execute on-page SEO improvements and content alignment strategies.
Support keyword research and organic traffic growth initiatives.
Coordinate technical SEO improvements where required.
Multi-Channel Marketing & Brand Consistency
Maintain consistent brand positioning across digital channels.
Support social media growth and audience engagement initiatives.
Integrate email marketing, referral programs, and partner-led acquisition into the overall strategy.
Performance Analytics & Reporting
Develop dashboards and monitor key growth metrics.
Translate campaign data into actionable recommendations.
Provide regular performance insights and strategic recommendations to leadership.
Candidate Profile
Experience
35 years of experience in B2C performance or digital marketing.
Proven track record of independently managing paid media campaigns.
Hands-on expertise with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and YouTube Ads.
Strong understanding of full-funnel acquisition models.
Experience using data analysis tools such as Excel or Google Sheets.
