Job Description

  • Create and manage campaigns across platforms such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
  • Set up and manage ad accounts from scratch, including Business Manager, Ad Accounts, Pixels, Conversion APIs, and tracking infrastructure
  • Configure and manage Google Analytics (GA4), including event tracking, conversion goals, and funnel analysis
  • Implement and troubleshoot tracking via Google Tag Manager, pixels, and other technical integrations
  • Optimize CPL, CTR, and conversion rates to meet and exceed performance targets
  • Monitor and manage campaign performance across key geographies (US, Europe, APAC, Middle East)
  • Conduct rigorous A/B testing on creatives, landing pages, audience segments, and ad copies to maximize performance
  • Build and execute retargeting and remarketing campaigns across platforms
  • Stay updated with platform changes, privacy updates, and evolving performance marketing trends
  • Generate daily reports for all programs (country-wise, channel-wise) and track Daily Key metric trends

Qualifications

Educational Qualification

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Data Science, Communications, or a related field

Experience

  • Minimum 3–5 years of proven experience in Performance Marketing, specifically managing global campaigns and technical tracking setups
