About the Role

UniLiv is looking for a data-driven and hands-on Performance Marketing Manager to own and scale paid acquisition across Meta, Google, YouTube, and other growth channels.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in managing high-volume lead generation campaigns, independently handling monthly ad budgets of ₹50 Lakhs or more, and optimizing campaigns for CAC, CPL, ROAS, and conversion improvement.

This role is ideal for someone who is not only comfortable running campaigns directly but also enjoys experimentation, funnel optimization, creative testing, and driving measurable business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and scale lead generation and demand generation campaigns across paid channels.
  • Run and manage campaigns directly on Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
  • Work closely with the creative team to develop high-performing ad creatives and campaign assets.
  • Ensure daily reporting of ad performance, lead generation metrics, spends, CPL, CAC, ROAS, and conversion rates.
  • Drive growth across Meta, Google, YouTube, and other performance channels.
  • Run aggressive A/B testing across creatives, audiences, landing pages, ad copies, and funnels.
  • Own key growth metrics including CAC, CPL, ROAS, lead quality, and conversion rate improvements.
  • Lead CRO initiatives and optimize the end-to-end acquisition funnel.
  • Analyze campaign performance, attribution, user behavior, and lead quality to make data-driven decisions.
  • Identify new growth opportunities, campaign angles, audience segments, and acquisition channels.
  • Coordinate with sales and business teams to improve lead quality, conversion, and revenue outcomes.

Requirements

  • 3–6 years of experience in Performance Marketing, Growth Marketing, or Paid Acquisition.
  • Proven experience independently managing monthly ad budgets of ₹50 Lakhs or more.
  • Strong hands-on expertise in Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube Ads, GA4, and Google Tag Manager.
  • Experience in lead generation, demand generation, and full-funnel performance marketing.
  • Strong understanding of CAC, CPL, ROAS, conversion rates, attribution, and funnel optimization.
  • Hands-on experience with experimentation, A/B testing, CRO, landing page optimization, and campaign scaling.
  • Ability to work closely with creative teams and give clear creative briefs based on performance insights.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to convert data into actionable growth decisions.
  • Experience in a high-growth startup environment is mandatory.
  • Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-ownership, target-driven environment.
