Job Description

What will you drive

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google ads, Meta ads, and performance channels.
  • Track key metrics such as CTR, CPA, ROAS, conversions, and ROI.
  • Run A/B tests on creatives, audiences, targeting, and landing pages.
  • Analyze campaign data and share actionable performance insights.
  • Work with creative, product, and analytics teams to improve acquisition and growth.
  • Stay updated on digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices

Who are we looking for

  • Analytical, detail-oriented, and interested in performance marketing and growth
  • Basic understanding of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and paid media platforms
  • Comfortable with data, Excel, and performance reporting
  • Familiarity with analytics tools is a plus
  • Structured problem-solver with a willingness to experiment and learn
  • Relevant 5–8 years of experience
