Job Title: Performance Marketing Manager

Role Summary
Own and scale revenue through performance marketing. This role is accountable for
profitable growth across paid channels, with a sharp focus on CAC control, creative
iteration, and funnel efficiency. The mandate is execution-first, data-backed, and outcome-
driven.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing across Meta, Google, and other scalable
channels.
- Own daily performance metrics including ROAS, CAC, AOV, conversion rate, and
contribution margin.
- Build and manage large budgets with discipline, clarity, and speed.
- Lead creative testing across hooks, formats, offers, and landing pages.
- Translate brand strategy into high-performing acquisition and retargeting
campaigns.
- Collaborate with design, content, and merchandising teams.
- Build dashboards focused on actionable insights.
- Identify and resolve funnel inefficiencies across the customer journey.
- Scale winning campaigns and shut down underperforming ones decisively.
Requirements
- 5–6 years of hands-on performance marketing experience.
- Experience in fashion, beauty, or lifestyle brands, or agency-side ownership of such
clients.
- Strong expertise in Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Deep understanding of DTC funnels, catalogs, and creative-led scaling.
- Comfort working with high SKU counts and fast launch cycles.
- Strong analytical ability with an execution bias.
- Proven ownership of profitable ad spends.
Nice to Have
- Experience with retention and LTV-based scaling.
- Exposure to omnichannel or marketplace businesses.
- Ability to mentor junior talent or manage agencies.
