Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and executing our marketing strategy. You will lead our marketing campaigns, evaluate our marketing performance metrics, and collaborate with internal teams. You will have a strong marketing background with excellent communication skills and attention to detail. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the overall performance marketing strategy to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.
  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across platforms including Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube, and other performance channels.
  • Manage campaign budgets and continuously optimize performance to improve key metrics such as CAC, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rates.
  • Leverage platform automation and AI-driven optimization features (such as Smart Bidding, Performance Max, and creative automation) to improve campaign efficiency.
  • Run structured A/B tests across creatives, audiences, bidding strategies, and landing pages to drive continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with product, design, and content teams to develop high-performing ad creatives and landing pages optimized for conversion.
  • Analyze user journeys to identify conversion opportunities, funnel drop-offs, and growth levers.
  • Work closely with analytics teams to implement robust tracking frameworks, attribution models, and marketing dashboards.
  • Monitor campaign performance and generate actionable insights to improve marketing efficiency and scale winning campaigns.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing or paid media management, preferably in consumer internet, SaaS, or EdTech.
  • Strong experience managing large-scale campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and YouTube.
  • Deep understanding of campaign structure, audience targeting, bidding strategies, and conversion tracking.
  • Hands-on experience with analytics and attribution tools such as Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, Adjust, or similar platforms.
  • Experience using AI-assisted marketing tools and platform automation features for campaign optimization and creative testing.
  • Strong understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO), funnel analysis, and growth experimentation.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate campaign data into actionable insights.
