Job Description

  • Company Description: WishLuck is a D2C kids educational toy brand on a mission to make childhood magical - screen-free, playful, and purposeful. We've shipped 2.5 lakh+ units, run 1 Cr+ monthly on Meta, and we're scaling hard. This year's target: ■100 Cr. If that excites you, read on.

  • D2C Experience, Must Min. 2 Years Experience, Salary: 30K-50K

  •  WHAT YOU'LL OWN • Plan, launch, and scale Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns - end-to-end. From strategy to creative brief to daily optimization. • Own key metrics daily: ROAS, CAC, CPP, CTR, delivery rate, prepaid vs COD ratio, and RTO by pincode. • Work closely with the creative team to ideate and test ad formats - UGC, unboxing, testimonials, advertorials - and identify winning creatives at speed. • Manage creative fatigue proactively - refresh cycles, audience testing, funnel segmentation. • Manage ad spend budget efficiently - currently 30-50 lakh/month with plans to scale to ■5 Cr+. • Coordinate with Shopify, GoKwik, and WhatsApp retention tools to close the full funnel loop. 

  • WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR: NON-NEGOTIABLE • Minimum 2 years of hands-on Meta Ads experience • Experience exclusively or primarily with D2C startup brands - must have scaled a brand from low to high spend • Candidates from big corporate/legacy brands only (Puma, HUL, Park Avenue, etc.) will not be considered • Proven ability to manage ■50L+ monthly ad spends with measurable ROAS outcomes • Fluent in Meta Ads Manager - campaign structure, CBO/ABO, audience strategy, pixel setup 

  • STRONG ADVANTAGE • Experience in kids, parenting, baby, or lifestyle D2C categories • Knows how to navigate Meta ad account bans/disruptions and recover fast • Has worked with UGC creators and understands what makes a hook work • Familiar with COD-heavy Indian market - RTO management, prepaid push strategies • Has worked with tools like GoKwik, Shiprocket, KwickChat/Bitespeed, or similar MINDSET • Builder mentality - you thrive in chaos, not corner offices • Data-first, but creatively literate - you can give good creative feedback • Ownership mindset - you treat the brand's money like your own • Moves fast, iterates faster
