Performance Marketing Manager
About the Role
We're looking for a Performance Marketing Manager who is obsessed with growth, numbers, and user behavior. You will own acquisition end-to-end — from insight → creative → funnel → revenue. This is not a run ads role. This is a build, test, and scale growth engine role.
What You'll Do
- Own and scale paid acquisition across platforms (Meta, Google, YouTube, etc.)
- Build and optimize high-converting funnels (ad → landing → activation → retention)
- Turn user insights into sharp hooks, creatives, and messaging
- Run rapid experiments across creatives, copy, audiences, and landing pages
- Track and optimize CAC, payback, conversion rates, retention, and LTV
- Work closely with product teams - Analyze data deeply and act fast
What We're Looking For
- 2–5+ years in performance/growth marketing
- Strong full-funnel understanding
- Hands-on campaign experience
- Data-driven mindset
- Fast execution ability
