Job Title: Performance Marketing Manager

Location: Electronics City, Bangalore

Role Overview

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to lead and scale paid acquisition across our institutes (UG, PG & Master's programs - online & offline). This role goes beyond campaign management - it owns the full funnel from lead generation to enrolment outcomes.

You will be responsible for delivering enrolment targets through Google, Meta, and LinkedIn by driving high-quality leads, optimizing conversion rates, and ensuring strong ROI across spends.

Core Ownership Areas

1. Revenue & Funnel Ownership

  • Own enrolment targets driven via performance marketing channels
  • Build and maintain a predictable lead pipeline to support sales targets
  • Ensure alignment between marketing output and sales conversion capacity
  • Track and improve key funnel metrics: Lead → Qualified → Application → Enrolment

Key Responsibilities

1. Media Planning & Forecasting

  • Build detailed monthly/quarterly media plans aligned to enrolment targets
  • Forecast leads, CPL, and conversions across channels
  • Allocate budgets dynamically based on performance and seasonality
  • Ensure delivery vs plan with clear variance tracking

2. Campaign & Account Management

  • Lead end-to-end execution across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
  • Drive campaign structuring, audience segmentation, and creative strategy
  • Continuously optimize for CPL, CAC, and conversion rates
  • Scale high-performing campaigns while controlling inefficiencies

3. Tracking, Attribution & Analytics

  • Set up and maintain robust tracking systems (pixels, events, offline conversions)
  • Build attribution models to understand true channel contribution
  • Ensure CRM integration for end-to-end funnel visibility
  • Identify drop-offs and recommend corrective actions

4. Lead Quality & Sales Alignment

  • Work closely with counselling/sales teams to define lead qualification criteria
  • Monitor lead quality and feedback loops to improve targeting
  • Ensure qualification rates and application-to-enrolment conversions meet targets
  • Align campaign strategy with sales insights and ground realities

5. ROI & Performance Optimization

  • Ensure strong ROI across all campaigns with a focus on cost efficiency
  • Track CAC vs ROAS (where applicable) and optimize accordingly
  • Drive experimentation (A/B testing across creatives, audiences, landing pages)
  • Improve funnel efficiency at every stage

6. Reporting & Dashboards

  • Build and maintain real-time dashboards for leadership visibility
  • Report on daily/weekly/monthly performance across channels and funnel stages
  • Present actionable insights, not just data
  • Drive data-backed decision-making across marketing and admissions teams

Candidate Profile

Experience

  • 5–7+ years in performance marketing with proven experience managing high budgets
  • Strong preference for candidates with experience in education/admissions marketing

Core Skills

Performance Marketing Expertise

  • Deep hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
  • Strong understanding of funnel-based marketing and lead generation at scale
  • Experience in managing multi-program / multi-brand campaigns

Data & Analytical Thinking

  • Strong grip on metrics: CPL, CAC, ROAS, conversion rates, attribution models
  • Ability to build forecasts and translate targets into media plans
  • Experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, dashboards, CRM systems)

Funnel & Conversion Understanding

  • Clear understanding of how lead quality impacts downstream conversion
  • Ability to optimize campaigns based on sales feedback and CRM data
  • Experience working closely with sales/admissions teams

Execution & Ownership

  • High ownership mindset with accountability for outcomes, not just inputs
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously
  • Comfortable operating in a high-pressure, target-driven environment

What You Get

  • Full ownership of performance marketing revenue engine
  • Opportunity to manage and scale high-budget campaigns across multiple institutes
  • Direct impact on business growth and enrolment outcomes
  • High-visibility role with leadership interaction
  • Fast-paced environment with strong learning and career progression

Who This Role is Ideal For

  • Marketers who are comfortable being accountable for revenue outcomes
  • Individuals who can bridge marketing, data, and sales effectively
