Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for designing, executing, and optimizing data-driven digital campaigns across multiple platforms (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, programmatic, etc.) to drive measurable business growth. The role focuses on leveraging analytics, automation, and AI tools to maximize engagement and ROI, working at the intersection of strategy, creativity, and technology. You will also be responsible for SEO initiatives, working closely with an SEO agency that focuses on both on-page and off-page optimizations.
- Develop integrated performance marketing strategies across digital channels (search, social, display, video, affiliates, e-commerce) aligned to business goals.
- Define KPIs, set benchmarks, and ensure campaign targets are met.
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta, and other ad networks.
- Benchmark campaign performance against competitors and industry standards.
- Work with an SEO agency with on-page and off-page optimisations, including GPT tools ranking like ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Claude.
- Analyze user journeys, funnel metrics, and attribution models using advanced analytics platforms (GA4, Looker, Meta Suite).
- Refine campaigns via data insights, A/B testing, and audience segmentation for maximum ROI.
- Work closely with creative, design, and content teams to develop compelling ad assets.
- Ensure brand and communication consistency across all channels.
- Manage and optimize campaign budgets; track spend vs. returns.
- Conduct competitive analysis and monitor industry trends for innovation opportunities.
- Deploy AI-powered tools for audience targeting, budget allocation, creative optimization, and predictive analytics.
- Experiment with AI tools for performance uplift across channels.
Skills
- 2–5 years of hands-on performance marketing experience, preferably in tech, e-commerce, fintech, or consumer brands.
- Strong analytical thinking and quantitative skills; fluency with digital analytics platforms and optimization tools.
- Expertise in paid media: Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, SEM, SEO, affiliate, display, video, and retargeting.
- AI Skills: Experience with marketing automation, predictive analytics, generative AI or prompt engineering for campaign uplift.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving digital landscape.
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or related field.
- MBA preferred (especially with marketing or digital specialization); additional certifications in digital marketing (Google Ads, Meta, analytics, AI) are a strong plus
- Passion for digital innovation and AI, proactive experimentation with new tools.
- Exposure to global or multi-market digital campaigns.
- Real estate experience is a plus
