Performance Marketing Manager - DailyRounds/Marrow

We are looking for a high-ownership Performance Marketer to independently drive growth for our medical education programmes - across SS Courses, Workshops, and Certification Courses. This is a single-owner role - you will own the entire growth funnel end-to-end, from lead acquisition to conversion and revenue optimisation - targeting a highly discerning audience of doctors.

What would you be doing here

Growth & Revenue Ownership

  • Own growth, lead generation, and revenue targets across all programmes
  • Build and optimise end-to-end funnels (awareness, acquisition, conversion, retention), while operating with a strong ROI and frugality mindset

Performance Marketing (Paid Channels)

  • Plan, execute, and scale campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube, and other relevant platforms
  • Optimise continuously for CAC, ROI, and conversion rates, with a focus on lead quality (doctors) over volume
  • Build and scale high-intent acquisition funnels (search-led, retargeting, cohort-based targeting), keyword and audience strategies

Lead Management & Conversion

  • Work closely with sales teams to improve lead quality, conversion rates, and revenue realisation
  • Own lead-to-enrolment conversion, optimising for doctor behaviour, decision cycles, and exam timelines

Organic Growth & Revenue

  • Drive SEO, content, and product-led growth initiatives
  • Improve organic conversion and repeat revenue

Data, Analytics & Insights

  • Own and track key growth metrics: CAC, LTV, ROI, conversion rates, and funnel drop-offs
  • Build and maintain clear, actionable dashboards for performance tracking

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Align with product, content, sales, design & marketing, and category managers
  • Act as the single point of ownership for growth, driving alignment and accountability across teams

What are we looking for

  • 4–6 years of hands-on performance marketing experience of direct B2C
  • Strong expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms
  • Proven experience in lead generation and conversion optimisation
  • Strong analytical skills, with hands-on experience in Google Analytics and a data-driven approach to decision-making
  • Comfortable operating with ownership, and accountability
  • Experience in EdTech, Healthcare, or Medical Marketing is a plus
  • Self driven individuals, who can independently own projects and are hungry to learn
