The Role
We are looking for a commercially strong Performance Marketing Manager with proven hands-on expertise in Meta Ads and solid working knowledge of Google Ads. The role is focused on generating high-quality leads for our MBBS abroad offering and improving conversion performance across the full acquisition funnel.
We are specifically looking for a performance marketer who understands lead generation for high-consideration education products, can manage budgets rigorously, and can optimise campaigns based on business outcomes rather than vanity metrics.
Responsibilities:
Own and execute the paid acquisition strategy for futureMBBS, with Meta Ads as the primary channel and Google Ads as the secondary channel.
Plan, launch, manage, and optimise campaigns focused on qualified lead generation for MBBS abroad and international medical admissions.
Build and refine audience structures, retargeting flows, creative testing frameworks, and funnel specific campaign setups.
Work closely with sales and admissions teams to improve lead quality, feedback loops, and downstream conversion to application and enrolment.
Monitor and optimise core performance metrics including CPL, CAC, conversion rate, lead-to application rate, and lead-to-enrolment quality.
Coordinate landing page testing, message-market fit refinement, and offer communication to improve conversion efficiency.
Manage campaign budgets with commercial discipline and scale winning campaigns while maintaining quality thresholds.
Create clear weekly and monthly reporting tied to business KPIs and actionable optimisation decisions.
Must Have Qualification
Minimum 6+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, paid acquisition, or digital lead generation.
Strong execution experience with Meta Ads Manager across prospecting, retargeting, lead generation, and conversion campaigns.
Working knowledge of Google Ads, especially Search campaigns, keyword intent, and demand capture for high-intent leads.
Demonstrated experience in education, EdTech, study abroad, MBBS abroad, admissions, counselling, or another high-consideration lead generation environment.
Clear understanding of attribution, tracking, funnel metrics, landing page performance, and CRM feedback loops.
Experience analysing campaign performance independently and taking fast, data-driven optimisation decisions.
Preferred Qualification:
MBBS abroad, NEET-focused, study abroad, or international admissions businesses serving a similar audience Experience with Indian student acquisition, parent-facing education decisions, medical admissions, or trust-based high-value services is highly preferred.
