Role Overview:

We're looking for an experienced Performance Marketer to lead paid campaigns focused on lead generation and conversions. You'll manage performance across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp Marketing, with deep involvement in campaign strategy, analytics, and ROI optimisation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, launch & optimise paid ad campaigns across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp
• Run and manage conversion and lead generation campaigns
• Work on Shopify for funnel tracking and performance insights
• Monitor performance metrics and execute A/B tests
• Coordinate with creative, design, and analytics teams for best results

Requirements:

• 3+ years of performance marketing experience
• Excellent communications skills
• Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and WhatsApp campaigns
• Proficient with Shopify, Google Analytics ( GA-4), and tracking setup
• Solid understanding of conversion funnels, attribution, and lead nurturing
• Excellent communication and reporting skills
