Job Description

As a Performance Marketing Manager, you will manage performance marketing for the New Car Leads business, with a clear focus on lead volume, lead quality, and cost efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Execute and manage daily performance campaigns across Meta, Google, and agency-led channels.
  • Set up, optimise, and scale campaigns at a city make / segment level.
  • Track and optimise CPL, conversion rates, and lead quality metrics.
  • Manage and source leads through external performance marketing agencies.
  • Ensure strong audience hygiene through exclusions, retargeting, and first-party data usage.
  • Monitor budgets, pacing, and cost caps to consistently meet monthly targets.
  • Share regular performance insights to drive continuous improvement.

What Success Looks Like

  • Stable and predictable lead delivery at the required DRR.
  • Consistent improvement in lead quality and conversions.
  • Ability to scale lead volumes without CPL spikes.

Requirements

  • 3-6 years of hands-on experience in performance or growth marketing.
  • Strong execution experience across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and agency-led performance marketing.
  • Comfort working with data, metrics, and performance dashboards.
  • A performance-driven mindset with high ownership and accountability.
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
