As a Performance Marketing Manager, you will manage performance marketing for the New Car Leads business, with a clear focus on lead volume, lead quality, and cost efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Execute and manage daily performance campaigns across Meta, Google, and agency-led channels.
- Set up, optimise, and scale campaigns at a city make / segment level.
- Track and optimise CPL, conversion rates, and lead quality metrics.
- Manage and source leads through external performance marketing agencies.
- Ensure strong audience hygiene through exclusions, retargeting, and first-party data usage.
- Monitor budgets, pacing, and cost caps to consistently meet monthly targets.
- Share regular performance insights to drive continuous improvement.

- Stable and predictable lead delivery at the required DRR.

Requirements
- 3-6 years of hands-on experience in performance or growth marketing.
